Emergency Meeting Regarding Help And Finance At Our Club

Hi All

We have had an emergency meeting regarding help and finance at our club, the current small amount of 5 or 6 people who run the club have all agreed they are not willing to carry on with our current financial situation and  general running off the club

We have lost at least £5000 for non payment of subs last season , this amount reflects what equipment we can supply, tournament entries and any other expenses we have to keep our club running

It has been decided that from now 2017/2018 season the following will be brought in

£90 ONE OFF FEE FOR THE SEASON

£60 PER SIBLING

Payment by cash or cheque made payable ILLOGAN JFC on your team signing on night

Anyone in receipt of benefits or for any other payment queries please contact Adam/Gavin in confidence

This is NO PAY NO PLAY, please note due to club insurance requirements all players must be signed on & fees paid before they are permitted to represent the club

 

These are the signing on dates for each team at Illogan Clubhouse, forms will need to be filled in, fees paid & photos taken, forms available on the night

Please ensure all STANDING ORDERS ARE CANCELLED FROM NOW, any money  paid in July will be reimbursed on the signing on night

We will be promoting various rolls within the club to help share the work load, the current situation is at breaking point,
